Letter to Editory Policy
Indiana Gazette appreciates diverse views and encourages readers to submit letters to the editor. We ask readers to express their views in approximately 500 words or less. We accept letters on any topic but ask that you address timely issues.
Indiana Gazette reserves the right to edit for space, clarity, civility, grammar and accuracy. Crude or vulgar language is not allowed. Indiana Gazette will not knowingly post inaccurate information.
We reserve the right to decide which letters are published. Indiana Gazette does not publish letters that are anonymous, libelous or personal attacks.
All submissions should be original and exclusive to Indiana Gazette. We do not post letters that have been published or posted elsewhere.
All letters must include the writer's street address, email address and telephone number, which will be used for verification purposes only. The names and cities of letter writers will be published.
We generally do not publish more than one letter from a person within a 30-day period. Letters become the property of Indiana Gazette and may be republished in any format.
